I'm back in Halifax now! I wasn't too excited to come back though since I'd gotten back into my Toronto way of life. I'm a huge fan of sitting in front of the fire place all day and then going out all night :) Here there is no fire place.. or couch... or good breakfast sammiches... but I suppose I'll survive.
My profs have wasted no time in giving me piles of work, at least I can keep two of my text books from last term's courses. I think I'm really going to like some of my new courses, here's my new schedule :)
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays -
11:35-12:25 - Greek (I feel like I'm getting better at it, so yay!)
Tuesdays and Thursdays -
8:30-9:55 - Intro to Physical Geograpy (I slept through the first class but I was sick.)
10:05-11:25 - Origins of Modern Society (Seems to be like my history class which is good.)
1:05-2:25 - Western Religions (Gah, this one looks difficult.)
4:05-5:23 - History of Film (So far is much better than last term)
So there's my beautiful schedule. I also have a tutorial every other friday for geography and my western religions prof wants to make up a tutorial on thursdays... yeah right! I'm going to have to get out of that some how :P
Here are some of my favourite pics from the break for you to enjoyyyyy! I can't think of anything else to tell ya!
Oh wait, here's one story for you: Ehem.. SO. About ten minutes ago I was leaving the cafeteria with my friend after doing a toast run. We walked out the doors and see a couple in the lobby with a serious case of PDA (for the older generation: PDA = Public Display of Affection... gross), so we walk by and go to the elevator which is down the hall. Once we get there we start talking about how PDA is annoying, gross, etc. I was going on about it and my friend starts making the "shut. up. now." signal, unfortunately I can be a bit slow so I didn't shut up, instead I turned around to see the girl we just saw in the lobby right behind us! Luckily the elevator arrived at that point. Awkward much?

Thanks for the lovely pictures,
The girl involved in PDA should be embarassed, not you,
